Open to Entertain

Renovation The owners of this large, ideally suited Kitsilano apartment were looking to renovate this original condition 1990s condo. The apartment had sought-after outdoor spaces, but the interior felt very closed and desperately needed to be transformed into a more open-concept space. With a rework of the floor plan and ingenious use of materials, we created a sumptuous ensuite and a large living room. We also constructed a gourmet kitchen and a dining room that at once could be both open to the kitchen and made private with the use of a folding door system.
